Ive seen some ads that have their phone number listed of the title so when I click it only the number pops up and not the website. Is this a loophole to the system to not get charged for cpc or does it know once clicked on regardless? I'm interested in finding this out thanks.
Yes, you'll be charged the same as for a standard click on the ad. Check here for more information http://support.google.com/adwords/answer/2453991?hl=en
Yes you will be charged even if they didn't call you. Usually cpp (cost pay phone) is more expensive then normal clicks so u need to be careful with it. Also I will suggest making a separate campaign only for mobile devices and to use cpp alone. hope this helps
