Do people still pay to advertise their avatar and sig links here?

    I used to get contacted a few years ago to use someone's avatar or signature link. I haven't been approached lately, does that still go on here?

    yes, why not? DP is still the best forum to advertise the website
    and Dp signature link is still one of the best way to gain backlink

    I don't see anyone doing it anymore / asking about it so I figured DP made it against the rules or something.
