    Hello.

    Currently my comapny is into web scripting, content development and SEO work.

    We are now thinking of starting a web services BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) which will provide all web related services like:

    1.Web development work
    => Content/Article writing
    => Scripts and HTML work
    2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
    => Onsite optimization
    => Search engine submissions
    => Directory submissions
    => One way back link development
    => Reciprocal link exchange management
    3. Forum Posting Services
    4. Live customer support for online needs
    => 24/7 Live chat customer support
    => 24/7 Phone customer support
    => 24/7 Email customer support
    5. PPC (Paid per click) management
    6. Data entry work
    7. Website monitoring
    => Making sure your site is online all the time
    => Monitoring site ranking and backlinks in search engines

    And the key here is that I am planning to offer them relatively at a cheaper rate.

    So its like, lets say you are developing a website (or a set of websites) and creating things yourself.. and there is something specific which you hate to do or just getting lazy to do.. can be just outsourced...

    So, do you think I have any scope here..or the market is already too full for all these things?
    What do you say?
