Do people here really Donate Money???

    Hi,
    I have created my Fund Raising Web for my Charity with an Aim to help the people who can't afford even meals for days....

    I want to know how many people here donate money for charities and non profit organizations????

    I donate to all kinds of charities all the time, I like helping others in need. Lately though, I've had to pick and choose who I donate to because once you donate, you get on everyone's list.

    I'm always with this type of contribution. I feel a different type of feelings when donate something apart from me to a charity house. I think you can find most of successful DP member like this.

    I have promoted classic car shows for charity. I just went to The Shriners Car show for their burn hospital. It is free for the children and parents.We had over 462 vehicles at the show and raised 19,000. Car people are a special bunch. Loving and caring, hell we pay 25.00 to sit in the heat and sun so a child will be helped.Every one should donate, ie food banks, the elderly, special needs, education, I could go on, just do random acts of kindness.

    usually people afraid for donation through online, because they need to know weather our donation really worth or not!

    donating through a website sometimes can be so dangerous if the website has no internet security features.as you know,there are lots of internet scams that always looking for their preys

    Yes I agree normally people do not donate online because they don't know which way their donation is going. Unless it is a bank collecting for any other country like for the earth quake in Japan or flood in Pakistan. Only these are the times when I donate online.

    I have donated for years to various organizations (Human society, Greenpeace being the main ones).  It some form of karma involved in donating money.  Being lucky enough to be able to do this, and somehow it always seems to come back to you :)

    PS It's also great come April 15, does great work on your tax refunds.
