Do people even read the AdSense T.O.S?

I just recieved an email with the following information:

    "Welcome to my world, ******.

Do not forget to click the ads as you read my hubs. I have the habit of clicking one ad per hub that I read. I also learn something from an ad when I click the ad. I have just clicked an ad in your hub that I am reading now at, http://hubpages.com/hub/**************.

    Regards,

    Chrys
    "

I censored out some information such as my username and hub URL.
But honestly, do people actually expect to make money from adsense this way, I mean come on they will get banned before they even reach their first payout.
Also, I didn't get the money, hubpages took it lol, or he just lied, whatever.

To all of you using AdSense to make money, DO NOT send letters like this!
This guy has been reported now.

I have a feeling he knew it was wrong, not a lack of reading the ToS.

Some people are just dumb though!

I don't think many people read adsense's tos. And it's not only a question of them not being able to read english correctly because the adsense tos is translated in their language.
I still see people trying to sign up on my adsense revenue sharing sites with casino sites or movie/music/software download sites. It should remove any doubt as to the intelligence of those users, so I'm happy to click the deny button on their application.
