Do Paypal Virtual Credit Cards Still Exist?

I went on their site but can't find out any info on how to get one. Are they still available? If not, what is another reputable VCC I can get?

Yes Paypal does offer debit card but it only limited to some country user

I didn't ask anyone here if they were selling VCC's. I asked where to get them.

Again, for those that understand the question...what reputable companies are selling these things?

 

This card is "only" for UK people in case were looking around for more then one way to do this.
