Thats routine paypal's survey so there is no any harm to go through that link IMO. BTW have you contacted them 2-3 days back for any querry ?

Never enter your login details through any link provided in email otherwise its ok.

    DON.

I'd give them a email to the address above before you click anything. It might not ask you for any info but who knows whats really at the other end of those links. They could plant some nasty cookies on your browser or worse.

Scams usually do not identity you by your real name. Paypal like other big companies would usually use some 3rd party company in order to gather feedback about their support team and thus that is why you receive such an email. It usually happened after they answered one or more of your questions to them.

Note to see if you actually contacted paypal on the specified date and if so, the survey is definitely real. The survey is however optional and would not affect your standing with paypal if you decide not to answer it.

Buddy, if its a survey they will not ask you to login to account from that link.
Make sure no matter what never login from a link in email.
It does not need more than few seconds to open new browser and logon to paypal.

Usually companies do not contact their survey inhouse but they would engage independent companies to do it to ensure that the survey results are not bias. Going to Paypal would not open the survey page because it is not hosted at Paypal at all.
