Do order link can make clickbank ban your account?

    Hi
Please help me. I feel so confused.
I want to promote clickbank product using my own landing page.
Can I use order link instead of hoplink?

    1. May Clickbank ban my account if I pass merchant landing page and send buyer from my own landing page to order page?
    2. Is it violate their TOS?

I feel confused, because I have asked clickbank admin, and then they said :"If we find an affiliate account to be bypassing a vendor's site, all funds can be held and the account can be terminated."

    Thank you very much

You need the vendor's permission, that's all.

If you do it without the vendor's permission, you're breaching Clickbank's terms of service.

Doing it this way is pretty difficult, though: it doesn't set an affiliate cookie so you'd only be paid on the immediate sales (which is a very small proportion of the total sales).

Try contacting the vendor first and in most cases, if they're any good, they'll give you a link to pass through the hop system and go directly to the checkout.

Bypassing the vendor page isn't an automatic ban. Clickbank has full authority to shut you down without questions, they can just disable your hops if that's what they want to do. But they'll usually contact you first if they want you to change what you're doing.
