Do not use traffic exchanges with adsense

    This is against the TOS of google adsense as it generates "Invalid" impressions!

    What you could do is offer a valuable ebook/software as a freebie, via a squeeze page, when they opt and it takes to another page that page should have the adsense.:cool:
