Get the domain name at godaddy or namecheap or web.com Get hosting separate for 1yr term max. I like hostgator. Always get the domain separate so you can easily switch hosts if needed. Otherwise, you will have to go through about a 6-step convoluted process to pry away the domain from the host. With domain at a separate location, it is a 5 min process to switch name servers and another 20 minutes to upload files to the new host.
