do not save my desktop setting.

    Find this key in regedit.exe.

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER - Software - Microsoft - Windows NT - CurrentVersion - Program Manager - Restrictions

    Set DWORD key NoSaveSettings, value is 1. You need a restart.
