Yesterday, I created an account at Installscash.org under santaferes's ref link (he sent me via PM). Today, when I logged in to my account, I downloaded .exe file to my computer, then I scanned this file by KIS, and this is the result:

This program is a virus, do not join them :(. And I will never promote this program though they have high convertion rate and high payout.

I only see an apache default page at that url.

I will tell you though, with a domain name like installcash it makes me suspicious. Selling "installs" is big business in the underworld so its no wonder they pay good. Once the virus/trojan is installed, they basically have the ability to run proxies or adware/spyware and anything else they want on infected computers.

Good thing you have kaspersky, which is one of the best av's around. Thanks for sharing this with us and warning everyone!

I'm just curious... What did you think this was? It is an .exe file that is silently loaded to your unsuspecting visitors' computers. Did you think that it was a Halmark card? Also, do you think that a company that spreads ad and affiliate viruses would actually pay you your commissions? They are based in Russia. If they don't pay you, will you visit their offices to complain?

That is the what the PPI business is all about guys. You get paid to install the companie's exe to people's computers. It is shady and illegal, but... not in all countries. :D

PPI (majority) is for black hat people. It is a lucrative business if done right. One fellow on DP posted a SS of a check for $5k in one month from a similar company.

And yes, they are all viruses, that is the point (and how the make their money).
