    I stupidly joined something called 'the twitter train; Now it keeps sending automatically tweeting to my account about how many followers the train has got me, and I can't stop it. I can't login I sent them a email - not joy.

    And I only got 1 follower out of it! What a scam. Steer Clear!!!

    go to settings > connections and revoke access to the application you want, you can change your pass as well, but the settings if how you actually remove the program ;)

    I don't care for anything that auto post a message like that, I unfollow all those.

    Most of the 'auto' twitter builders are pretty much dead; TW put the boot down big time on auto accounts and software lately.
