As the owner of a professional hosting company, I am disgusted to see that a website hosting company could act so badly.

If you are a hosting company and have issues with a client, you resolve them.

An agreement is what is says on the box...

yeah but how many people read it honestly? me i do in case they are a scammer who making sure they look as legit as possible.

 

One more example of how kids ruin an established business...I wonder how bad it would be for new webhosting companies..People like me would think 100 times before going to a web hosting company which is new in the business

If you have the correct logs of these chats, which... as a "proffesional" hosting company.. You should do..

As a professional hosting company you MUST have logs of discussions made between yourselves and your clients; WE DO and so do many other Reputable Hosting Companies.

With the proofs i would say yea.. and if the person says its photoshopped i am sure the other person can take the screenshots of the real convo and post here

 

@Flex: Next time get time stamp on you desktop in screenshot. This will give another touch to your proof

@Bohra: Ya very true. If that guy can post photoshoped then he should post original as he is saying. Proving he is not guilty. Only saying "I am not bad" will not prove him a good guy at all.

I think that the other party should present some evidences not just plain text to defend himself.

That is why i have been sparked to write an article on The Online Safety Website about Unlimited Website Hosting? ; because same techniques are used here as they are with Unlimited Website Hosting Companies in order to Lure Clients.
