I'm pretty sure they do but wanted to find other's response on this subject.
When I say nearly duplicate, say they are arcade sites with same databases
and members, but just different logos?

thats a tough one. if you werent talking about an arcade site i would say yes. but alot of arcade sites have a similar look and feel and set of games. i would, of course, choose to be as original as possible in your site designs.

    when in doubt, ask ypn.

Why would an arcade site have the same members?

TheTruth, what are you trying to prove. 99% of your posts have been "TRYING" to prove people being fake, thiefs, liars, scammers yet you fail on each occasion. What are you out to prove, dont you have anything better to do with your life or are you just a pi$$ed off kid who hasnt made a cent from online stuff and is jealous with other peoples success. :)

Stop being a loser and PMing the new owner trying to convince him he got robbed because hes just laughing at you.

You can give up now anyway, the site is sold, new owner is happy with all evidence provided and he has acquired the site.

ArticPro - Duplicated maybe to spam the members via email or to sell the sites. Sites with members would appear more valuable to potential buyers. In any case it violates YPN I'd suspect?

i dont see how "duplicate" members would violate ypn tos or for that matter, how ypn would even know that the members are duplicated. i would hope glitchx is wrong about you. are you thinking about buying a site or are you trying to find a reason to get a site nailed?

I know that plenty of forums have ypn on them and i do not think ypn would care if forum A has member A and forum B has member A also...

That was a bad example, but i hope you catch my drift :)

Kara, I dont know why on earth he has a facination with me. I have pin pointed each and every thing to show legitamacy of my site yet he cant face the fact he was proven wrong and is sending new owner PMs stating he has been robbed and that I am a scammer. It seems as though he has a personal vendetta against me but the funny thing is i dont even know him.

Anyways, he can carry on licking his wounds and try his best to convince people as much as he wants. We all know he fell flat on his face therefore I and i'm sure most others will ignore him as of now.

P.S. do search his previous posts to realise the pattern of his posts i.e. 90% attempting to nail peoples sites for sale.

too busy to read about and deal with drama queens. i have money to make. i did talk with that new owner though. fact is, as long as he is happy with his purchase then this guy will eventually go away and leave him alone.

if this guy is targetting you, you may consider starting over at DP. 90 posts and already a red rep (from him im sure). or report him to the mods as a stalker who is harrassing you and your ability to do legitimate business.

    as always, jmo

I've seen cases where sites were banned for several
listed reasons, but Yahoo wasn't specific. I'm thinking
duplication was the reason. Clicking on your own
Yahoo ads is another listed possibility. I'm sure either
will get you banned, but who knows?

Glitchx (aka Blacke30) - please don't spam here,
    just click away.

were not the same person, your accusations should get you banned.

You have no proof to say that we are the same person.
