I have just wrote up an article, and I wanted to get my keywords with links in there. Do I just write it up like I would write HTML?

    cheers.

with most article directories you can choose HTML or WYSIWYG editing. personally i'd write it in HTML then paste it in, some editors have weird spacing and paragraph issues and may render it differently than intended

Most accept HTML but many have fairly stringent rules about where links, anchor text and HTML can be placed. Make sure you read the rules of the article submission site or you'll find that you have to rewrite the article to meet their criteria. Just because it accepts HTML formatting doesn't mean that all HTML formatting is allowed in all cases.
