Its not the external beauty that attracts me, but the internal beauty. Now that doesn't mean i'll be attracted to some fat, bald girl who has a clean mind.
It's a very general question and very difficult to answer out of context. It's sort of like asking "do you like tall girls?". But what also matters are things like personality, traits, common interests and other physical features (eyes/hair) and so on. As for your question, red is a sophisticated color and can go two ways. Applied correctly, it IS hot and seductive. Red is the color that signifies passion and research has shown people react more favorably to members of the opposite sex dressed in red. However, when applied incorrectly, it makes you look like a complete fool in a way which no other color could achieve (blue for instance is a safe color). Also, just my two cents but what makes Dita Von Teese (and those celebs with red lips) hot is their attitude - with the red complementing it and adding to the hotness. I doubt anyone with a girl-next-door personality could pull off the red look.
