    Nope, I currently have $600 worth in pending payment of which the first I requested back on 2011-01-05 and the last on 2011-03-08. Can't complain since I was paid 19 times before this so if this is the end of their affiliate program I can say it was a decent run. Hope that helps some have an idea of what's going on.

    I have the same situation, the downloads grow but the points remain at the same level.
    I have free account too. I post my files on different boards (Asia, Europe, America) and I am sure that most of the downloads come from eligible countries.

    Yes they do pay, if you follow the rules and the Terms of Service that you agreed to when signing up on their website. If you don't, then they have every right to deny your payment.

    They do pay, atleast for the previous year. It seems they are having some problems with competitions such as hotfile,fileserve,filesonic etc. So they ban accounts and/or don't pay now.
