    Its probably because I don't think you can even send 5 cents through paypal, and I think paypals fee is a minimum of 15 cents. Basically you are asking people to do it for free. Bump it up to 25 cents and move it to the BST section.

    For your information:

    PayPal is 2.9% +$0.30. That's why people ask for $1 or $2 when asking for donations for example.

    AlterPay is 2.5%+$0.25.

    Plus the fact that you don't say much about it is not a very attractive offer. You don't need to tell the site name but write what it does at least. Then, some may PM you if they are interested.
