Do lots of affiliate links harm SERPS?

    Hi
I've worked for 2 years on a site selling my products and am doing fairly ok in SERPS. In order to expand and add value to my company website I wish to add new products which I do not physically sell, using clickbank or tradedoubler etc.
Q -- If I my site now has lots of outgoing links to eg. Tradedoubler, will this harm my google SERPS. Is there a risk that google will think my site is a spammy affiliate site and devalue it?

:)Any ideas from people with experience in this field gratefully appreciated!

Of course yes, it is better to not fill your site with affiliate links, you can also make redirects for your affiliate links to avoid any penalties by search engines.

My rankings have improved dramatically. Google loves me, so I don't think the aff links will matter as long as you're providing valuable content.

Agree, google only cares about good user experience, so only good content makes sense.
