Do Links with nofollow tags also decreases you Pagerank ?

    Hi,
    I just want to know Do Links with nofollow tags also decreases you Pagerank ?, Few days back, i added 5 nofollow links on my blog's homepage and today my blog's PR is down to pr1 from PR4.

    it never effect anything, it does not matter what's your links are.

    no follow tags infact increases your value in eyes of google bot
