Search engine search result links wont do anything for you. How would a spider crawl and get to that page you linked to? Would be impossible, so that would mean it would never be seen.

he can always create these urls and put them up on a page on his own site or a blog. And I believe the link can help him as well.

Seems to me just being in a search engine's database won't help, as Aaron says. On the other hand if you can get yourself submitted to a directory that gets crawled somewhat regularly (look for some with decent pageranks), that might be a little more helpful.

I have a list of some directories to which you can submit your site for free:

    You might like this:

That came from a new traffic newsletter at www.trafficgeni.us

I'm not sure it works, but it sounds like someone tested it. I would test it out myself thou.

I was thinking about doing what rohitgoel mentioned: getting a couple inbound links to those SERP's. Anyways, I'll try it & see what happens! :)

If it works, the SERP's will certainly be excellent from the standpoint of being a theme-related page.

    Thanks

Well, that's incorrect, for a start... it will go to your site if you hit enter but not if you click on "G Search" on the toolbar.

    LOL!! :D :D

I just tested it out to double check (the preceding is correct) and found this:
