Do links from bidding dirctories and word clouds increase PR

    I want to know one thing. Do links from bidding dirctories and word cloud increase PR.

    These bidding directories and word cloud have got high PR like PR3-4-5, so does getting links from their homepage really increase PR?

    Yes, I think it's still possible to obtain a PR3-4 just from submitting your site to free directories, etc.

    Yes, I got a PR3 site simply submitting to free directories.
    But I don't recommend to spend anything on cloud sites. Usually are full of unrelated links, and IMO could even hurt your rankings.

    They can, but a lot of the times they are on dropped domains, and after the pagerank update, they will be completely useless, and may even hurt your serps because they are PR0 link farms.
