I believe words in the url are the FIRST thing search engines consider. Then comes text in the head. Then text on the actual page.
I think you should open this thread in SEO section. "Is it true that having keywords in url helps your page rank" To increase PR, build lots of relevant and quality back links.
I don't think he was specifically talking about PageRank, but how his page ranks. of course, more backlinks will help his pages get even higher, but I don't think that was the primary question.
well, i think you got your answer of a big yes. most agree that a keyword in your domain and url do help quite a bit for onpage seo...
yes include that as stated above with title tag and content and using < h1> for your keyword title on web page content.
