    I believe words in the url are the FIRST thing search engines consider. Then comes text in the head. Then text on the actual page.

    I don't think he was specifically talking about PageRank, but how his page ranks.

    of course, more backlinks will help his pages get even higher, but I don't think that was the primary question.

    most agree that a keyword in your domain and url do help quite a bit for onpage seo...

    yes include that as stated above with title tag and content and using < h1>
    for your keyword title on web page content.
