    Selling DIY-Plans.com. All content is unique and each article actually corresponds to a specific Clickbank product that you can sell.

    The site would be perfect for someone who has some time to update with do-it-yourself articles which everyone loves.

    I intended to use the site for PPC but I have a much bigger project in front of me and I am selling some of my smaller sites.

    This could be a really great site if you update it, and especially if you can create an email list off of your visitors. You can email them every time you post a new article and send them offers, etc.
