    Images without an alt tag and without info in the URL are useless for SEO. Add good info in the URL and in the alt tag, and images will help SEO.

    yes.. they influence seo however their impact is not that huge. Sometimes when I check my website's statistics I can see that people came to it through the images.. it is like a pleasant bonus, you know
