Do I work on this?

    I found a keyword. (a niche actually)
    on the DP Keyword suggestion tool it shows "0 searches"- for wordtracker.
    and "220 searches/a day" for overture. I am a bit confused...
    should I build a site on this keyword? will it be worth it?

    hell yeah build a site for it, if overture says it gets 220 searches a day then make sure you advertise 1st place in yahoo. get first place and you'll be getting maybe 150 uniques a day, probably more, probably less.

    If you think you can get a lot of traffic from that keywords then create your site using that targeted keywords in your content.

    Well that depends on how many searches there are on google, obviously if there is that many searches on yahoo then there will be similar results on google. If you get no clicks from google then obviously there are no searches. So nothing to lose there.

    But if your just hoping to get money from adsense/some other form of advertising then I wouldnt really advise using PPC programs unless you really know what your doing. Take the report in my signature for example, with that type of results then yes it would be well worth it
