Don't think that can be called a violation. Good blending!

That arrow mark may be interpreted as somethign drawing attention towards the ad, I am not too sure. But IMO, since you have a line separating the ad and image, that should be okay.

 

The best thing is always ask the Adsense Team 1st.

This is definitely a time when contacting Google is in your best interest. Under normal circumstances, the line between your graphic and ad would be enough. However, it is technically an arrow, so Google could possibly nit-pick at you and say that you're drawing "undue attention."

 

I would contact the googsters on this one, those arrows seem kinda iffy to me.

 

This is the best advice... it's probably ok but just to be sure you're better off contacting google.
