Do I send a DMCA Request Or?

    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?p=9354453#post9354453 is hosting an illegal copy of script obtained by hacking, how do we go forward getting it removed from Digitalpoint? Users are paying for something which will be a dead script in a few days. Do we send a DMCA request or how do we go about doing this?
