Do I sell it as a domain name or website/blog

I would like your opinion.
I have a blog on wordpress - not very old - with some content and I am not sure whether to sell it as a domain name or a blog. It is a .org domain name in a specific market. (Health Food)
It does not make any money as I have not promoted it in any way.
I have not sold a domain or blog before and not sure of the advantages of selling either way or the reasons for selling either way.
Also if i have a blog on blogger should I transfer it to wordpress before i sell?

sell it together, you might not make any money being as it doesnt earn, unless its a great domain name.

unless its an excellent domain i would sell as a site as the buyer gets some property with it also. they may scrap it to brand the domain themselves but it can push the value up a little bit.
Flippa seems to be the go to place to sell. (i have purchased apps from there and listed some domains there) i think they are about ($9 to list and take 15% sell fee)

I think you should push some traffic and do some SEO campaigns to get some keywords high ranking before selling. If your site has something worth then it will be more worthier.
