Do i really need to enter a new Code on every bloody line?

yep me too....but maybe the clients should check out their portfolio first...

 

Problem with that is the client does not know what is good work and what is not if it looks good then the client would think they are good but this is not the case a site could look fine under one set of conditions but then on another it may look really bad.

The person selling his skills is not going to show the bad things only the good, but that's just my point though that people are doing the job making out like they know what they are doing when they don't have a clue.

Some of the sites I have seen that are made by so called professionals are just simply terrible and should not even be on the web let alone have charged good money for it to be made.

 

There is many "pro" western people in Thailand that claim that they can do it as well. My friend just paid $1000 for install OS Commerse. He was angry on me over some girl that i got and he did not. So he got a "webmaster"
Later when we start talking i checked what he was doing and the "webmaster" had no installed anything he had hooked him up with a hosting service $29 a month and they provide the installment.

Its not easy to find a good webmaster in Thailand i can assure you.

You take whats there and if you dont someone else will.

I tried freelance but 3/4 i got peddo pictures and Virus on my server not very good.

 

My advice is to try with freelancers. There are a lot of very good and high qualified web programmers all over the world. I would recommand you to find a good partner through www.getafreelancer.com - perhaps, the leading freelance web site.

When is one allowed to called oneself a "webmaster" I wonder.

Use a CSS statement either on-page or off-page.

font-size: 9pt;
text-decoration: underline;
}

a:hover {
text-decoration: none;
}

Change the font size to a large size, keep it in PT, it's easier to maintain across browsers, plus I like it better than calling by pixels.

Easy enough? Good... if you don't want it site-wide then stick in on-page.
