Well, its better to keep a premier account with all the facilities as even if you keep a personal account you need to pay fee. But in premier you get the facility to get more cc payments. - Digital -
Well you can now use personal account without a doubt as now limits on Personal accounts are lifted. Before this Personal Account had limits of $2500/Month Withdrawal and 5 Credit card payments but now there is no limit. So if you have small amount of earnings then stay with Personal!
Simply saying ... if you do business transactions you MUST upgrade to premier or business account. You should not do business transactions in personal account.
you really need business or premier if you want to sell something on a website because it gives you ipn which can be used to process the payments
like above said, you should use business/premier account if do any business or else verified personal account is good enough

i hope that there are no charges for the upgrade ....and is it true that the charges deducted for payments received is also less for premier acct???
There are no charges/fess for upgrading your account to premier. The charges are the same for both the accounts for all transactions done under business/service head.... Only personal transactions are devoid of any charges! Regards, RightMan
