It's certainly helpful, although I always had the SessionSaver extension installed in 1.5 so it could recover from crashes anyway.

The inline spell checker alone has made the upgrade worthwhile for me!

Well I have already upgraded my Firefox browser. Previously I was using Firefox 1.5.0.8 and was pretty much impressed by using it. I was using IE for about 15yrs. For me it was very difficult in the beginning to use firefox but now I think FF browser is THE BEST. In last six months there were no issues of virus and spyware in my computer.
The loads of Add-ons with the new FF 2.0 are awesome. I have already installed
Few of them like Adblock plus, Answers, Blue organizer and Forecast.
Adblock plus has made my online job a lot easier by blocking unnecessary Ads.

Finally I have learnt to see beyond the Green Grass and the Blue Sky. Those who haven't changed might be the ones who complicate things for themselves, suffer by not being online due to corrupt browser and like to waste their time money and efforts.
    What about You?

Actually, I LOVE all the added features of the new Firefox 2.0, but in regards to that paragraph in Wikipedia, I'd still like you guys feedback...do you think Google can track you much easier due to using Firefox 2.0? That's about the only thing about FF 2.0 thats not so good...IMHO

    hmmm
i strictly do legal business in all i do
hence tracking me down to my apt is no problem to me at all - and for all those who use/abuse ffx for hacker or other cybercrme stuff - such feature would make my own life as server admin even easier.

only ppl with beyond legal activities would ever worry about tracking .... MO

It uses alot of memory so computers with slower processors don't work well with it. Celeron are slow with it. Use a Pentium preferably a dual-core. I can get you a pretty good deal on a Dual-Core 2.8 GHZ Pentium which will run anything. I got a Dual 3.0GHZ. Never crashes, and runs really great.
