Do I need to pay tax....

    Dear friends,

    Do I need to pay tax if I am indian but hosting my site in USA or some other countries where adsense tax is applicable.

    they will send money in INR cheque so that depends on amount ;)

    If it's traceable income going through your local bank account, then you should declare it.

    You need to declare the income. It could cause you problems later since you are getting by cheque. Contact an accountant, and you can try to write off some of the income as expense and you need to pay on the rest. And, there are several other deductions you can claim on your income... So if you are not making upwards of $10K in a year, your tax will not be very high unless you have another job.

    Phew... Much as we hate it, it is something we cannot avoid.

    If you have running business in US and you are an Indian then you have to pay tax Otherwise no need to pay tax.
