    I am thinking of developing an app that will calculate the value of a FB account. Do I need to know any kind of coding to develop a FB app?

    Can anyone tell me about how to do the task?

    You can use SDK's provided by the Facebook - JavaScript SDK, iOS SDK (iPhone & iPad), Android SDK, PHP SDK.

    of course because FB has provides the api to developers so that they can use and implement explicitly. without having knowledge or sdk and programming language its not possible.
