Do i need to be verified to transfer money to bank?

    my friend has an account with paypal with about $200 and he wishes to transfer the funds to bank account in India, but he has no credit card as of now.
    Should i first ask him to get a vcc or will transfer work without vcc?

    Let me know.

    There is absolutely no need to get verified to make wire transfer.You just need to provide a valid bank account on your name

    Unverified Paypal accounts have monthly withdrawal limit of $ 500 per month which means you can definitely carry out your mentioned cash withdrawal to your Indian bank.

    Verification only helps you lift this upper limit of withdrawal! :)

    Well it depends from bank to bank. I withdraw in hdfc bank and it reflects in my account on third of the withdrawal.
