Do I need to be the owner of a domain in order to get it appraised?

    Just a quick question. Let's say I'm interested in buying a domain name from someone who got it appraised by people they trust. If I want to get it appraised by PROFESSIONAL people I trust, do I need to be the owner of the domain first?

    you can want appraisal for a name that you be owner for that
