Do I need Privacy Policy link on my Blogger blog?

    Hey People please help.Do i Need to add Privacy Policy on to Blogger blog? And can I turn this Interest-Based Ad from my Adsense account and not to add Privacy Policy link to my blogger or other websites?

    You must add the new Privacy Policies to your blog

    Blogger, Wordpress, Drupal ... are counted

    it doesn't matter what software or if it is a free host. :rolleyes:

    everybody needs a privacy policy,because doubleclick ads.

    the newest addition to the privacy policy,you don't need to add them if you have "Interest-based Ads Preference" not to be shown.

    the privacy policy doesn't have to written on that site,you just to link to one (your own ;) )

    So we don't need a privacy policy if we don't want to show interest-based ads? I have more websites than I can handle, and I really don't have time to update privacy policies for each one of them. Do you know how we can opt out of it?

    Edit: I just read on the official adsense blog that even if we opt out, we still need to update our privacy policies :(

    Whatever site that contain adsense is required to put up the privacy policy.
