If you are writing something positive about someone let them know and they might feature your review on their site and link back to you. Legally you are not forced to ask permissions to review a product.

Just don't go and use their logo or anything like that. Or copy content from their site (except a small excerpt, that is ok). You'll be fine. The videos will actually be your copyrighted intellectual property as well (you created them right?)

Freedom of speech. You can say pretty much whatever you want on your site and be legally free.

*Just make sure you abide to your providers terms of service.

Aha, not too sure about that, but I write reviews on websites all the time, and I've never had any complaints.

I love it when people review my sites! Reviews = backlinks and natural traffic.

Of course, I prefer POSITIVE reviews.

But I can't imagine there's be any legal problems with reviews, so long as you're not reprinting content from the site or making untrue accusations about the site.

I'm not a lawyer, though... just my opinion.

I was wondering if a screenshot combined with a quote or two that are taken from
the site to be reviewed is OK? Obviously the quotes will be linked to the site and
    the screenshot as well.
