I have been exploring the google webmaster tools section and was shocked to find that google has 351 of my site's page as 'missing title tags'. I don't understand this the pages it has listed have <title> tags... <head> <title>Weedguru marijuana forum index :: Weedguru</title> <h1 align="center">Weedguru marijuana forums </h1> <meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8" /> <meta http-equiv="content-style-type" content="text/css" /> <meta http-equiv="content-language" content="en-gb" /> <meta http-equiv="imagetoolbar" content="no" /> <meta name="resource-type" content="document" /> <meta name="distribution" content="global" /> <meta name="copyright" content="2002-2006 phpBB Group" /> <meta name="title" content=" Weedguru stoner forums, marijuana forums, 420 forums" /> <meta name="title" content="Index page" /> <meta name="description" lang="en" content="Weedguru : Made for stoners, by stoners..." /> <meta name="keywords" content="stoners, for, made, weedguru" /> <meta name="category" content="general" /> <meta name="robots" content="noindex,follow" /> <meta name="distribution" content="global" /> <meta name="resource-type" content="document" /> <meta name="copyright" content="Weedguru" /> Can someone please explain where I am going wrong here!
And secondly...are duplicate meta tags a problem with google, because the diagnostic tools program told me I have 11 of those gremlins.
