I have really sensitive eyes.. My eyes get bloodshot and irratable very easy. In the summer on bright days and when I go abroad I find it difficult to adjust to the light and have to squint my eyes. And lately when driving and night it feels as though every other car has their full beams on and I get blinded but oncoming cars?
Have you tried Visine, or some other kind of eyedrops? I needed glasses for about year without knowing it, but never had bloodshot or irritable eyes - just a headache. Are you drinking enough water?
Never tried eye drops in my life. My sight is fine that's what confuses me just seems my eyes are really sensitive to light. I drink plenty of water - about 5 litres a day.
Dont bother with that visine stuff, its rubbish and makes your eyes worse. My eyes are perm bloodshot from to much pc use. I have trouble re-focusing too.
I don't use eye drops very often, but when I'm in a car for hours, or especially in a plane, it makes a HUGE difference. If I'm ever anywhere without natural air (planes, trains, cars, etc) for long periods of time, I always make sure I've got eye drops - otherwise my eyes dry out and feel terrible. There's also plenty of good eye exercises for computer nerds to do (near/far focus, rolling, etc). I fly RC planes nearly every day, it's a big change from looking at my PC monitor, to looking at a $1000 dot in the sky , so I try and maintain my ability to change focus quickly.
, I have a Sharp Sight (Thanks God) 6/6, But when Air Conditioner works for long and makes it COLD, My eyes start to blur because of tears/water in it !!, and I can't FOCUS well ?
Get off the computer for a bit, too much computer use makes you shortsighted, this can give you trouble focusing in the distance and cause other eye irritation problems.
Go to see a doctor to check your eyes. I hope you will be well soon. The Sun is very bright. Never look directly at the sunlight.
Why post something about your health I do not think anyone hear is an eye doctor. Thats the person you must talk with. nine out of ten post here will say see an eye doctor.
yup, I know the feeling ...check a doctor. I took a complete eyes examination because I had the same problem. Now I have protection glasses for computer and tv only.
Yes...You need a pair of Goggles. This is the right time to seek an appointment from an Ophthalmologist.
Why wouldn't there be? DP has over 200,000 members and there's bound to be someone that could identify the symptons.
