Do I need ffmpeg web hosting for this particular website?

    My website is a youtube video to mp3 converter website. Much like video2mp3.net.

    It converts it on the website and downloads from the site aswell.

    Why can't I just use any shared server? THanks

    In general, this kind of scripts are using too much ressources and can not be tolerated in a shared environment.
    That's why most hosts does not install FFMPEG on their servers, and do not allow Youtube clones.
