Do i need direct admin for windows 2003 server

    users can only set their own passwords...

    If you are admin on a win server 2003 box, it wont stop you from doing anything. If you are a user, you probably wont be able to go beyond your personal settings, but it is all dependent on the server engineer and admin who set up the box and the subsequent user accounts.
