In7, What are you talking about? What landing page? For what product? What are you selling? Without these answers; I am unsure of how to advise you.
'Looks like I find myself in the "dumb post" category once again. I guess, looking back, I was pretty vague. Let me clarify things a bit. I'm not talking about a disclaimer for a specific niche or product, I'm just wondering if it is protocol to have a "disclaimer" or "TOS" link at the bottom of the landing page which says something to the effect of "If the product I'm promoting or the company who sells it sucks or messes you over, it's really not my fault". I got the idea after noticing that any and all sites that I sign up to usually make me agree to such an an agreement which essentially leaves them faultless in the event of any situation. I thought that maybe this is something that affiliates have too. It appears that I was way off. As to my second question of where to get one, I surmised that if this was something that most aff marketers were assumed to have, then there must be a site that offers some general ones you can adapt to your circumstances. It seems to me that I did come across a site like that somewhere before, actually. Thanks, all for going as easy on me as you did.
