Do I need a Designer for my App?

    Does anyone use designers for their apps?

    I built the user interface, but the app isn't quite there yet. Does anyone think I should use some professional help, or is it one of those things better handled personally (since I know my users' needs better)?

    An application for android smartphones and tablets. No complex functions, just basic notification push and location data.

    You didn't mention what are you trying to make. Basically applications for smart phones of Android comprises of easy functionality and easy to implement.
