Do I Need 301 Redirect Or Something?

Hi friends,
I've installed AddThis sicial bookmarks buttons to my site and now all my URLs have strange unique prefix like "#.UQJMvGdBHdE"

Example:
Before installation: http://www.example.com/page.html
After installation: http://www.example.com/page.html#.UQJMvGdBHdE

I believe that AddThis needs these prefixes to track my social buttons activity, but what will be with links ranking in Google? All of my incoming links doesn't and won't have these prefixes.

What should I do? Please suggest.

 

These will have virtually no affect on Google rankings, you need not do a redirect

 

You need to do URL canonicalization, then Google will know which is the correct one and only index that.

Also lookout for better alternatives which do not mess with your site URL's.
