hello, so like the title started is it true that if i get banned that i will have to return my earnings to google? if yes do i have to return the full amount from the start or just that month?
Yes you have to return every last penny you earned plus interest Course not, although if you was banned and you'd earned say $200 and it hadn't been paid out yet I don't think you'd get that.
thanks i read somewhere a post from someone that he had to return the money, so i thought man that would suck if you earn some high amount and spend it, and then google asks it back after you get banned, good to know that that can't happen ...thanks for the info
google cannot come to your or lot of banned people's doors to collect earlier paid money... its illogical if its written somewhere
i can only see that happen if you been committing click fraud a while before they caught you and they have proof. they can sue you in court to get the money back.of course it would have to be a good amount for them to do that. i don't know if they have done that,just saying they could. except for stealing they have no grounds to try get the money back.
No return are needed but your balance will gone. Whatever money you already receive, that's is yours. However, the money in your adsense account will all gone
You don't have to pay them anything but the amount you have in your adsense accounts returned to advertisers from where it was deducted .
Google's TOS mentinons that they have the right to do a "chargeback". If you got paid from illegal activity, they might seek to have advertiser's money returned to them.
If you get banned, you will loose the account forever and any pending earnings still with adsense. You do not have to return all the money you have earned till date. Only the amount that is not withdrawn from adsense account is lost.
