Do I have to put the code on EVERY page?

I setup the link co-op on my site last week and it's been extremely powerful at boosting my link popularity.

Today I got an email that said that my account has been paused because I didn't have the links on my shopping cart. I would prefer not to put the links on the shopping cart pages as I don't want to distract my customers. I want them to focus on buying.

Is there any way that I can setup the link co-op to let me skip that page?

Just make sure that Google doesn't index those pages and co-op won't mind that they don't have ads.

You can use a robots.txt to keep them from being indexed and Google has a remove url from it index page somewhere, search for it. :)
