    Hi,

    No u can sign up free and also u can creat your campaign and ads but your ads won't be displayed, If u want to display your ads on Google then u will have to pay 500 to Google adwords for one time open account(license for the bidding) after that your ads will be displayed

    hi,there,for yr topic,free to registry on the Google AdWords official website,after yr registration,GG will confirm yr detail by phone calls;u are free to own the $1000,and after that free $,used up,then u will recharge ur account.
