Do I have to have the same last name on my bank account as my paypal account?

Hi,

I'm about to open up a bank acount so that I am able to transfer money over from my paypal account to my new bank account. A couple of years ago I got married, and so my old last name is on my paypal account. When I open my new bank account should I put my new last name on there? Or do I need to use my old last name in order for paypal to accept the bank account?

I just have a feeling that if I used my married name on my bank account and try to get it verified when paypal has my maiden name, they wont accept the verification for the account. Does anyone have advice on what I should do?

Well As far as i know your last name (Surname ) must be same in paypal and local bank account .. otherwise your withdrawal will revese to your paypal account..

 

Nope, your first OR last name should match with your bank and paypal account.
